Not just work and work, surf forum for hours.
We need to go out to do some stretching too.

Yah, I'm in need of exercise and the WFH has seen my weight ballooned 5kg. Seems like I need to go out and start jogging.

Please do, and dont stop.
1. Keep you healthy.
2. Keep you in a good mind.
3. Reduce your weight.
4. To recharge you for another hectic week ahead.

Walk is better. Less stress on your joints. Grow older than you know.

Unless of course if you need to train for IPPT, no choice.

Agreed with you RD.
I dont run anymore, I jog at my pace.
Last weekend, did a 7km 7.59 km per min
Tried to see whether can drop to below 7 km per min...
I think better not, knee cap not so goo.

Yah, when one is at a certain age, we have to do the less stressful exercise. I used to run so much that now I no longer can run, cos the knees all worn out.

Every weekend, the most i clock is about 13 to 14km.
Sometimes on leave, will go jogging for 7 more km.

Thanks bro, i go slow and not challenge with others.
Probably next sep, when i am on leave, going to jog from southern part (railway corridor) to kings Albert park...that is about 10km plus.

If time permits, better break up your 10km into 2 parts and do 5 km in morning and 5 km in evening 12 hrs apart. This will save you a lot of knees, toes and tendon problems later on........ Rolleyes

I.am looking at some treadmills from AiBi price ranging from $800+ to $2000. Thought of getting one for the coming raining season.
