Old Testament belong to Jews.
They Never acknowledged Jesus as a prophet ,son of God or God
Old Testament didn’t mention that Yahweh wanted blood sacrifice to cleanse human’s Sins

In New Testament , Christian claims Jesus is the way. If so why do you need to follow the Old Testament (Moses and other prophets)?

Quran no where mentioned old testament and New Testament are true. The Quran mentioned Torah(given to Moses in his mother tongue) Injeel ( given to Jesus in his mother tongue)  are from Allah. Do you have Torah and Injeel in original languages?

Here is some education for you... Big Grin

In the Quran, there are no verses that claim the Torah and the Gospels were untrue or entirely fake. In fact, the Quran acknowledges the previous scriptures, the Torah and the Psalms (the OT's Hebrew scriptures), and the Gospels (in the Quran referred to as 'Injeel') as revealed messages from Allah.

Quran 5:48 states "And We have revealed to you the Book with truth, confirming whatever there was of the Book before it; and We have sent down to you a clarification of everything and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims."

Here, the Quran confirms the previous scriptures and asserts that the revelation to Muhammad is in line with the previous messages.

Quran 10:94 instructs Muhammad to "And if you are in doubt concerning that which We reveal to you, ask those who recite the Book before you...".

This verse is not asking Muhammad to disregard previous scriptures but to verify the truth through the people of the Book, who are knowledgeable about the scriptures. By seeking confirmation from others, Muhammad is not undermining the authority of previous scriptures but rather seeking clarification.

Quran 3:3 also states "It is He who sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book (the Quran) in truth, confirming what came before it. And He revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Torah and the Gospel before that as guidance for people."

This verse explicitly mentions that the Quran was revealed in confirmation with the earlier scriptures.

Do you know what is the Islamic dilemma? Big Grin

Seems like you are translating the Quran with your Arabic and English knowledge.

I have pasted all three verses you have mentioned before. You may find the differences between both of our posts

Where has it told everyone to  follow Torah, Psalm(suhfu)and Injeel (Gospel)?

Quran never addresses Old Testament and New Testament.

In 5:48 already mentioned that Quran has the supreme authority over those previous scriptures.

Quran 5:48”We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you. To each of you We have ordained a code of law and a way of life. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one community, but His Will is to test you with what He has given ˹each of˺ you. So compete with one another in doing good. To Allah you will all return, then He will inform you ˹of the truth˺ regarding your differences.”

Quran 10:94”If you ˹O Prophet˺ are in doubt about ˹these stories˺ that We have revealed to you, then ask those who read the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of those who doubt,”

Quran 3:3”He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel”

If he is in doubts with his scriptures go check and verify with previous scriptures!!
The previous scriptures are a supreme authority over the Quran!

Secondly there is textual variants in the Quran...look at the word "supreme authority" in Arabic....it is translated as "guidance" not "supreme authority"..if you truly understand Arabic..you know that there is a mistake in translation...The Quran is a guidance and never a supreme authority!

Thirdly the OT and the NT were what the Christians read during Muhammad's time...if there were any new scriptures..we would have known!

In Ayats 71 to 93 , Allah ask the prophet Muhammad to recite the events related to past Prophets Noah , Moses and Aaron which are mentioned in the past Books and so these Ayats are a confirmation of these past events.

As the prophet himself is unlettered and did not know the contents of these past books , Allah is making him aware that the people who read these books can verify IF he is in doubt.

Even Jesus during His earthly ministry didn't waste time arguing with those Pharisees and religious leaders but He served them lah! I want to learn from the Lord lah!

Plse don't think lowly of yourself, bro. As servants of the truth, we each have a function to fulfill to good effect for the glory of God, much like the human eyes, ears, mouth, hands, legs, etc. performing their bodily functions in perfect harmony.

The job of a good listener lending a sympathetic ear to a lost soul is no less important than that of an adroit debater who's able to argue persuasively. God looks at the attitude of our heart, not our ability. He does not use people based on their intellectual qualification, but on character and humility.

God has chosen the foolish things, the weak things, the base or lowly things, and the things that are not (or nothing), so that no one can boast and say, "God chose me because I'm so clever, so strong, and so wise. He needs me." God plans to eliminate pride. 1 Cor 1:26-29.

Let's read how Paul humbled himself and asked God for help. In Paul's day, oratory prowess was the utmost achievement; unskilled public speakers were derided and despised. To show that he relied only on Christ and His atoning work on the cross, Paul highlighted his own inability and weakness. 2 Cor 12:9.

He excused himself for his weak oratory skills; he also excused his unfamiliarity with Greek philosophy. He then decided to abandon human skill and wisdom in order to rely on the strength of God and allowing the Holy Spirit to come in power and speak through his weakness. This happened when he made the cross his central focus, the central of His message. As he emphasized in 2 Cor 12:9, God's strength is made perfect in man's weakness. When our strength fails, we learn to rely on the strength God provides. God is amazing in what He accomplishes with weak and fallible people when they surrender to Him.

Nowhere in the Gospels do we see Jesus coercing people to believe. The N T tells us that "He went through every city and village, preaching and bringing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God" (Luke 8:1). He simply shared the good news, and that's what He sent His disciples to do (Luke 9:2). Jesus does not kick doors down and force Himself into a person's life (Rev 3:20). He waits to be received, and allows people to freely choose whom they'll follow.

Taking a leaf out of Jesus's book, we shouldn't force our beliefs on others, but to humbly, gently, and respectfully share the good news about all that God has done. After that, it's up to them to decide whether to believe, as you have always told the skeptics. Wink

The Sabbath is another sticking point. Telling people there's no need to observe the Sabbath usually raises more questions than answers. I'm sure you know why the fourth command isn't applicable to the New Covenant in Christ.

Sahih International
And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.

YUSUF ALI
To thee We sent the Scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety: so judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the Truth that hath come to thee. To each among you have we prescribed a law and an open way. If Allah had so willed, He would have made you a single people, but (His plan is) to test you in what He hath given you: so strive as in a race in all virtues. The goal of you all is to Allah; it is He that will show you the truth of the matters in which ye dispute;

PICKTHALL
And unto thee have We revealed the Scripture with the truth, confirming whatever Scripture was before it, and a watcher over it. So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed, and follow not their desires away from the truth which hath come unto thee. For each We have appointed a divine law and a traced-out way. Had Allah willed He could have made you one community. But that He may try you by that which He hath given you (He hath made you as ye are). So vie one with another in good works. Unto Allah ye will all return, and He will then inform you of that wherein ye differ.

ABDEL HALEEM
We sent to you [Muhammad] the Scripture with the truth, confirming the Scriptures that came before it, and with final authority over them: so judge between them according to what God has sent down. Do not follow their whims, which deviate from the truth that has come to you. We have assigned a law and a path to each of you. If God had so willed, He would have made you one community, but He wanted to test you through that which He has given you, so race to do good: you will all return to God and He will make clear to you the matters you differed about.

DR. GHALI
And We have sent down to you the Book with the Truth, sincerely verifying whatever of the Book that was before it, (Literally: between its two hands) and Supremely Hegemonic over it. So judge between them according to what Allah has sent down, and do not ever follow their prejudices away from the Truth that has come to you. To every one of you We have made a legislation and a program. And if Allah had so decided, He would indeed have made you one nation; but (He did not) that He may try you in what He has brought you. So race with each other in the charitable (deeds); to Allah will be your return, altogether; so He will fully inform you of that wherein you used to differ.

Pontius Pilate (Latin: Pontius Pilatus; Greek: Πόντιος Πιλᾶτος, romanized: Póntios Pilátos) was the fifth governor of the Roman province of Judaea, serving under Emperor Tiberius from 26/27 to 36/37 AD.
