Scripture readings for Christmas

(Yesterday, 09:53 AM)Ali Imran Wrote:  From that verse in Isaiah 45, we can see that only 1 person is speaking because of the pronoun "I".

Who is that person?

That is one being speaking in 1 person

So the Father alone is not entirely God?

No ..He is the main source..just like you are the main source of your family and your children share the same nature as you in this case (same blood)

You are one when everyone gets together... inseparable...it is no longer one if any of the member is missing....

Now is it easy for you to understand

Yes the Father alone is not considered the entirety of God even though it is divine

The Father is fully God, same as son and the Holy spirit possessing the same divine nature and attributes.

That means Jesus by himself isn't fully God. So too the Father and the Holy Spirit. They are not all fully God. Only when combined did they all form one God.

That is what you believe?

Does God also give authority to Jesus claiming to be God?  Big Grin Obviously Jesus is God and He needs no authority... because He owns what the Father owns...
