Have you ever worked before in Spore IT sector? Above statement is from layman point of view. As vendor staff their payslip logo is not LTA so how can you say they are LTA IT staff? Their welfare and benefits also not follow LTA. Just to add clarity to layman unsure how it works in the IT outsource workflow. After finish this project maybe assign to say URA or HDB project so now become URA or HDB IT staff?

I just want to know who endorsed this product without any improvement and more user friendly to the lower class and those not IT illiterate .
Is there any conspiracy of corruption just to push for this product replacement?
Software is flexible program capable of flipping to enchance better services and hardware can be replaced with a better security issue ,faster speed chips, memory storage and screen display etc....regardless it is older system.
Why push for replacement when nothing is better than the older system?
