The upside potential  is supoorted by cheap valuations and china stimulus.


For 4 years already ths China HK market is a seesaw.
Main reason is China policy makers push the button bit by bit and hope for good results. They shoudl have done more earlier. The sick patient need stronger and stroenger medicine if you do nothing decisive.

I remember several years ago US slow drift into slight deflation ...Greenspan  immediately fire a big cannon and said when economy enter deflation there is no clear playbook so he die die must stop it at the onset ans rather br safe than sorry.

The China govt when signs of deflation appear they still stubbornly argue they are not on deflation or its not serious.

In my opinion based on economic history, they have not handled the situation correctly.
