I wanted to pay 1 yr s&c charges to avoid  any  incoming increases in the s& c charges that may happen soon .

but the counter staff says locking in  is no use, any increases will still be affected.

let say i pay $80x12 mths =$960
if increase by 10% =$88 
so this $960 is not enough for 12 mths charges.

IMHO, $80 per month is already over subscribe., still want to increase....haiz...
