Ok just saw the clip. This is not staged, the security is right behind the M. But strangely why someone else is recording and nobody stopped them, because permission is required before you can capture picture or videos of others.

The video was talken by one of Shan's volunteers who will always present to assist the MP at MPS.

You can see them around as there will be a long long quere asking for job help, financial assistance, hear complains, get official letters from their MP.

In any unusual situation like in this case, I myself will bring out my HP to record the incident, won't you ?

End of the day, at least there is a Video, rather than I-say-vs-You-say after the incident.
