I'd like to vote on OYK's case. His belief with regard to our prophet is not offensive nor blasphemous to me, especially if he sincerely believes it but we cannot check on sincerity. He has a God-given right to believe what he wants to believe.

When deliberating whether a blasphemer is guilty as sin, people usually scrutinize the phrasing of the comment made, and they do not question whether a blasphemer is sincere or insincere. Only God looks at the attitude of a man's heart. You're right, for us those things are not definable.
