Muh also needed Jesus.  But till the day he died, he did not accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour.  Instead, he started Islam, and I know Ali and Hope will join forces (or voices) to say no!!!!  They will say Islam existed nong nong ago...and start calling Old Testament peepur prophets to try to act old.

According to mohammad..Jesus is his best buddy ok. So maybe he did get his salvation  thru Jesus..
