Being thrifty is good. Like they say, waste not, want not.

But we should still have occasions of extravagance and enjoy a bit. What's the point of subjecting himself to the stresses of gambling on stocks and the uncertainties of running an online business (before covid) and saying he's his own employer if he doesn't even give this employee that's himself a bit of staff welfare and medical and H&S benefits? He's a bad employer to work for lorh.

When it's taim to spend, not spending is not being thrifty or frugal but stringy like a scrooge. Afaik, a consultation at a private horsepeter costs about $400 nia, excluding tests and medicine, etc.

Clinic has not call me to follow up yet. But I am damn worried stayed up all night over this problem. Googled to check. All sorts of possible ailments may have caused this problem.

Years of eating lousy food plus monitoring the US stock market probably do him in. According to TCM we need to sleep at the correct time. Even an inveterate night owl like me I have recently tried to sleep early.
