Yes, I am talking about me. How can I worship God with all my mind when the mind that God gave me cannot accept the 1+1+1=1 logic? Or how can I believe the authors of the Gospels when God already said he hates human sacrifice and the author of the Gospels wants me to believe that God would sacrifice a human himself.

Yes, God made it clear that God hates if we sacrifice our sons but yet, the authors of the Gospels want me to believe God MUST do what God hates because there is no other way to save the sinners than by sacrificing God's own son.

My mind cannot wrap around that contradiction. I am sure your mind also cannot wrap around it if you think it through but then, do you even think about it? Or do you just believe blindly?

I read the Bible and I see God as most-forgiving in the OT, exactly as how I see God in the Quran, most-forgiving. But the authors of the NT paint a different picture of God, a God that is cruel and unforgiving, who won't forgive me unless he torture and kill his own son in a cruel and unjust manner.

You'd better go and read your OT again. There're many instances of god punishing people in OT without giving them a chance to repent. And worse still, many of those may even be innocent but are just killed as collateral damage.

Think about this properly. 

In the OT, the sacrifice is for unintentional sins. If you commit a sin purposely, you cannot just sacrifice to make that sin go away. If you commit adultery for example, you must be stoned to death. You cannot just go to the temple and make a sacrifice and your adultery will go away. It doesn't work that way. 

And, if you cannot afford an animal, you can use flour instead as the sacrificial lamb, and flour doesn't have blood.

We Muslims sacrifice animals during Eidul Adha in commemoration.

Just do what your heart tells you...everyone makes mistakes..no one is perfect...if you do and find out later that you are wrong...say sorry or make it up. You pray 5 times a day..you know how it works!
