Starting another thread to correct an injustice will still yield the same old result if the same old voters turn out in force again - the very voters who don't see eye to eye with Oyk on practically every issue. As an astute poll initiator, you sure know how to push the right buttons to get results, leaving the aggrieved party with no recourse to any help to correct the terrible injustice. There's nothing else to say but to curse this bitchy poll and concede defeat.

Joking aside, I don't give two hoots about this polling thing. This straw poll doesn't mean anything. If anything, it is just a circus that's lively, confusing, and that attracts a lot of attention. Nothing has changed after polling day. Oyk isn't banned and he isn't going to face the music either. As you can see, he continues to exchange barbs with his old nemeses over trivialities. In other word, it is business as usual.

Credit must go to you for thinking outside the box to come up with this straw poll that used Oyk as a punching bag. I don't need to cover his butt as he's able to single-handedly take on all of you and he can give as good as he gets in an argument with just about anybody. If the poll was conducted to find out whether Oyk's remark was insulting to people's religious beliefs, it would be no walk in the park. If both secularism and religion had entered the picture, chances of a landslide would be greatly reduced.

Phrasing your poll title in a way that made Oyk look bad - without having to prove his guilt of blasphemy - was a smart move. All the yeas have had a field day with this poll as they brought along their mom, sis, granddaughter, godfather with chants of Oyk's character flaws to boot. Haha.

That is a definitive statement of yours and not what you claimed to be a solicitation for my opinion. You should have addressed this issue by simply admitting you made this statement instead of dodging it by making other irrelevant remarks such as "I didn't read your post in detail 'cos  it's too long-winded.. and you are not getting to the point ... not responding to my question .. blah, blah.” Strangely, you kept posing this question to me, which was actually your statement.

You took my comment literally. Just think, how could a senior citizen like Oyk take on so many guys on his own in real-life combat? They'll hammer him senseless in no time unless he's a Bruce Lee or some toughie like Herculean.

In cyberland, he's more than capable of holding his own against all his nemeses in a battle of wits, I tell you he can type faster than you can think and can outwit his nemeses all by himself, putting younger opponents to shame. You don't have to put a gun to your 'feathered' kakis' heads and tell them to do your bidding. They'll naturally flock together. For me, the votes count for nothing since the outcome of the poll was a foregone conclusion. Only real losers bow out gracefully; make-believe losers don't.
