The details of the tariffs are not known. So far, it appears that only Sneakers, furniture and toys will have 10% tariffs and this is on top of the existing tariff. As Hong Kong is not really onto Sneakers, furniture and toys, the share market might not be directly affected as they found out later in the afternoon. As for China, the effect will be known when the stock market reopens on Wednesday.

I rode the 1000pts surge jn HSI from the lows of yesterday. That is  a 5% move jn 24hrs.

Nothing to update since my last trade to go LONG.

This part is easy. The tariff issue was what held the market back.

Now investors rush in.

Any what is interesting is the A50 hardly moved while HSI rushed up. Means there will be a laggard play later in the year.

Has the fundamentals changed?  Hardly.  The markets need more stimulus judging from the slowing down of PMI figures which r below the expected.

HS Tech has hit bottom for today and reversing up.
Those who want to go LONG on HK tecb stocks or the HS Tech index should buy now.

Thjs the first profit taking after 2 days of strong rallies.but llonger term uptrend is still very much intact..this means HS Tech Index will start rebounding.....
