Just short the HSI for profits as Chjna econpmy remains weak for tine to come.

HSI and chuna index tries tk rally again today. Pro traders will short this as China HK remains in down trend as China economy weakens and investors pull their money out....until now the Chuna govt has not made any plan considered large and decisive enough tto pull the China economy out of its current rut.

The investors just blindly follow the US and European market. US market actually went down just like DOW and Nasdaq/S&P propped up by a few component stocks. Europe has just cut the interest rate. Unless HSI has such component stocks that is running up like those in US and also has a rate cut; otherwise, the stock will drop after a cheong up.

HSI is unstable above 18K lah. So it is a resistance that pro traders who shorted van depend on for protection.

China economy remains weak and struggling. Any temporary rally cannot last.

Peak formed for today and gains are disappearing pro traders will just short at the higher level and make more when it comes down.

I will be closing all my short positions accumulated over the last few weeks on the HSI this morning.

I will explained a little later what is going on.

Not a good sign ...don't expect quick recovery. China stimulus now assessed to be insufficient not enough for econkmy to recover.

I identified the peak more than a 1000 pt s higher 3 weeks ago and shorted.
Today I will cover all my shorts.(see the post abovel for when j started shorting)

The technical.action yesterday and over night points to a reversal and some parts of the data release from China govt points to a change. Some traders failed to realisenyesterday but by today they will be able to do so.

I expect all pro traders to have either covered or will cover their position this morning and go long.

Pre market shows a small rise only but all this will quick change soon ....it will be up Big today.

The Asian market will rise as the US market again hits record levels. But (and there is always a but) the US market was propped up by a few tech stocks like the Mag7 that appears also in the S&P. Once the hype is over, the US market will start to fall. As for the rest of the market, most do not have the Mag7 type of stock, they will rise but will soon fall. Presently, China and HK stock markets are bear markets that have not seen to hit the bottom.

I took the chance to cover at a good price.
